We offer a variety of commitment levels each with unique incentives. 100% of sponsorship funds go directly to the trip costs for Allen High School Band and Colorguard. Please read, print, share, complete this Sponsorship Letter, including the level and incentive package that's right for you.

Sponsorship Levels:

ROSE CHAMPION: $10,000+

  • “Proud Sponsor” window decal.

  • Social media sponsorship recognition.

  • Your business or name included on the TOR Logo on T-Shirt. 

  • Appreciation photo frame of the parade participants.

  • Dinner for 6 with TOR President on Allen Eagle Stadium’s plaza during a football game. 

  • Direct the Band during 3rd quarter of home football game with photo and Live Stream.

ORCHID BENEFACTOR: $5,000-$9,999

  • “Proud Sponsor” window decal.

  • Social media sponsorship recognition.

  • Your business or personal logo featured in the concert program.

  • Your business or personal logo on the www.AllenBand.com website.

  • Your business or name included on the TOR Logo on T-Shirt.

TULIP PATRON: $2,500-$4,999

MARIGOLD FRIEND: $1,000-$2,499

SUNFLOWER SUPPORTER: $500-$999

  • “Proud Sponsor” window decal.

Sponsorship Incentives:

  • Direct the band:
    Direct the "Biggest Band in the Land" from the podium during the 3rd quarter at a home game of your choice.  This opportunity will include a live stream on our social media and have your picture taken in front of the band.      Included in the Rose Champion Level.
  • Party on the Plaza:
    Enjoy the game and dinner with a view from the private plaza for six.  Date is TBD.      Included in the Rose Champion Level.
  • Appreciation Frame:
    You will receive a 12x18" framed picture of the group in uniform from Pasadena.  The framed picture will come with a certificate of appreciation.   Picture will be deliver in January of 2026.  Included in the Rose Champion Level and Orchid Benefactor Level.
  • TOR Sponsorship Shirt:
    Your name will be proudly displayed on the Tournament of Roses Sponsorship shirt worn by the students at an event on the trip.  The front of the shirt will have a graphic to include the TOR logo.  Back of the shirt will have business listed by name.  Included in the Rose Champion Level, Orchid Benefactor Level and Tulip Patron Level.
  • Website Logo Recognition:
    Your business or personal logo featured on the Allen Band website TOR page.  Included in the Rose Champion Level, Orchid Benefactor Level, Tulip Patron Level and Marigold Friend Level. 
  • Concert Program Recognition:
    Your business or personal logo featured in the December 2025 concert program.  Included in all levels. 

  • Social Media Recognition:
    With over 5,000 followers on our social accounts, your business is sure to be seen.  We will post once a month for the duration of your sponsorship through January 31, 2026. Included in all levels. 
  • “Proud Sponsor” Window Decal:
    This 3x3 window decal is yours to proudly show in your place of business to show you supported the Allen High School Band and Colorguard on their journey to the 137th Tournament of Roses Parade. Included in all levels.
