Registration for the 2026–2027 Allen Eagle Band & Color Guard will take place on Monday, April 27 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at the Allen High School Performing Arts Center.
Families will sign up in advance for a start time using the form located on this page. Start times will be available throughout the evening, with the final session beginning at 8:00 PM. Most families can expect the full registration process to take about 45 to 60 minutes from start to finish, enough time to get everything squared away without needing to pack a snack.
Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your selected time so you can pick up your form and be ready to begin when your session starts.
IMPORTANT: The first three sessions of the evening are reserved for incoming freshman (current 8th grade) families, as these sessions will include information specifically for students entering the program for the first time. Freshman families should be sure to select one of these early sessions so they do not miss the information prepared just for them. Freshman families with older siblings already in the program may sign all of their students up for one of the freshman sessions so the registration process only needs to be completed once.
If you miss your scheduled start time or arrive without signing up in advance, we will still get you through the process. You will simply be placed in a standby queue and admitted as soon as space becomes available in a later session. Depending on how full the evening is, this may mean waiting until an opening occurs.
During registration, families will:
- Receive important information for the upcoming season
- Review student-specific needs and equipment
- Complete the registration process, including fee payment
Payment is completed as the final step of registration. Families who prefer to avoid card processing fees are welcome to pay by cash or check.
